Through this image portal, both you and your doctor or GP can view images of your examinations from your electronic file securely online. The requesting doctor will automatically receive the test and does not need a reference number.
Consult images
- Surf to http://rx.azmonica.be .
- Click on 'I am a patient'.
- Enter the reference number of the study.
- Enter your date of birth (ddmmyyyy, for example 21071958).
- Open the study with the images.
