What you do

You make recordings (classic radiology, CT scan, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, bone densitometry) on outpatient and hospitalized patients.
You operate medical diagnostic equipment + support radiological interventions
You inform and guide your patients and you ensure that examinations are carried out on time and correctly.
You work in a multidisciplinary manner with other services within the hospital.
Active at various locations / campuses (Deurne, Antwerp Harmoniepark, and Kielsevest practice) with an extensive range of radiological modalities at each location.

Why is this something for you?

You have a diploma in 'Medical Imaging Technologist' or Nurse with experience in medical imaging.
You also obtained the radioprotection certificate or are willing to obtain one.
You are willing to take relevant additional training annually to stay up-to-date with the most recent developments in the field. A responsible job, because thanks to your images, a correct diagnosis can be made.
You are willing to work various shifts including weekends and night shifts. You listen to the needs of our patients with an empathetic and respectful attitude.

What you get

Of course, your wages will be paid according to hospital-related IFIC scales. As a nurse/TMB in the medical imaging department, we offer a higher IFIC scale than usual, you are classified in IFIC category 15, relevant seniority is taken over or you start with a minimum of 3 years of seniority, which increases to 5 years from the third year of work. In addition, we also provide you with free hospitalization insurance.
In addition to a delicious meal in our cafeteria at a reasonable price, you will also receive a payment card for your meal vouchers worth 8 euros per day, which makes shopping extra pleasant.
